Launched in 2017 by Julien Panet, the French Sushi Championship is back for its 7th edition, carrying with it the lucky number 7, a true lucky charm in Japan.

This year, Sushi Robots, once a dedicated partner, takes up the reins as organiser of the French Sushi Championships 2024. The declared aim is to live up to previous years’ standards and breathe new life into this eagerly-awaited event.
